Things to know about the C.A.P.
The stages of enrolling a commercial C.A.P. account can be as easy as explaining the benefits of our services, and getting a copy of a recent invoice/bill. Other commercial customers need a little more detail, so we've put together a custom quote/analysis for you to submit a request via online. In order for CCM and Options Energy Consulting to properly give the business an accurate analysis - you must fill in ALL of the details provided.
Make sure you've asked the owner or account manager the following questions before submitting the quote request:
1. Are they in a current contract?
If so, when will they come out of contract?
*CCM may NOT quote a
customer if they are in a current contract.
2. Is there a cancellation fee if in contract?
3. Does the company have multiple accounts or multiple locations?
4. Does the decision maker prefer fixed or variable rates?

Note: In the space found on the quote request form, please copy the current figures from the commercial account's annual usage chart located on the bill. If there is no usage found, please request the annual usage from the decision maker. Under the chart for any given month will be a CCF, MCF, KWH estimate or actual reading of that months consumption history. If there are multiple accounts - add them up for each allocated month. |
